Intergraph partnership:
In the beginning of 2003 DATECS GIS Center became a business partner of Intergraph. The Center signed a contract with Intergraph Mapping and Geospatial Solutions for Team GeoMedia Registered Solutions Provider.

Bulgarian maps online:
The new service for users and business clients www.bgmaps.com was officially promoted in “TOXX” Internet Club. Detailed maps of Bulgaria and the cities Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas and Russe are available in Internet in two languages – Bulgarian and English.

New geo-data for Bulgaria:
In 2002 DATECS GIS Center added to the geographical databases Bulgaria-INFO and Sofia-INFO new detailed databases of Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Russe and other 35 cities. The scale of the maps is 1:5000 and they maintain WGS-84 geographical coordinates.
